XN-GEN offers long-term maintenance service agreements, providing customers with professional, alta qualidade, and hassle-free support. Below is a general maintenance framework, but actual procedures should be adapted based on the specific generator model and its operating conditions.

Daily Maintenance

1. Inspect and tighten all rotating component connection bolts if necessary.
2. Check the engine oil level in the oil sump and top up if required.
3. Monitor the fuel level in the tank.
4. Verify the coolant level in the radiator.
5. Inspect fuel and water pipelines for leaks or loose connections.
6. Ensure proper sealing of the intake and exhaust manifolds with the cylinder gasket.
7. Clean surface oil stains and dust, keeping the generator room neat and tidy.
