XN-GEN Generator Maintenance & Servicing Guide
XN-GEN offers long-term maintenance service agreements, providing customers with professional, de haute qualité, and hassle-free support. Below is a general maintenance framework, but actual procedures should be adapted based on the specific generator model and its operating conditions.
Daily Maintenance
- Inspect and tighten all rotating component connection bolts if necessary.
- Check the engine oil level in the oil sump and top up if required.
- Monitor the fuel level in the tank.
- Verify the coolant level in the radiator.
- Inspect fuel and water pipelines for leaks or loose connections.
- Ensure proper sealing of the intake and exhaust manifolds with the cylinder gasket.
- Clean surface oil stains and dust, keeping the generator room neat and tidy.
Plan d’entretien des génératrices de secours
(For locations such as residential complexes, office buildings, Hôpitaux, Installations gouvernementales, scenic spots, and factories where power outages are rare, and the generator is primarily used for emergencies like fire safety and scheduled maintenance.)
Maintenance professionnelle (Chaque 6-12 months)
- Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the generator’s water, électrique, fuel, and air systems to ensure normal operation.
- Effectuez une série d’essais à vide pour 5-10 minutes to lubricate internal components and assess performance through observation, sound, and smell.
- Replace consumables, including air filters, fuel filters, engine oil, oil filters, water filters, et séparateurs d’eau de carburant.
- Change the coolant and replenish radiator additives.
- Refill battery electrolyte or distilled water as needed.
- Conduct a final inspection after maintenance and clean the unit.
- Conduct another 5-10 minute d’essai à vide, record key performance parameters, and provide optimization recommendations for customer review and acceptance.
Maintenance Plan for Continuous-Use Generators
(For environments such as construction sites, factories with frequent power outages, facilities with insufficient transformer capacity, Sites d’essai du projet, and remote areas without grid power, where generators operate frequently or continuously.)
Niveau 1 Entretien (Chaque 50-80 hours)
Includes daily maintenance, plus:
- Clean the air filter; replace it if necessary.
- Replace the fuel filter, Filtre à air, et filtre à eau.
- Inspect the tension of the drive belts.
- Lubricate all grease fittings and moving parts.
- Replace coolant if needed.
Niveau 2 Entretien (Chaque 250-300 hours)
Includes daily and Level 1 maintenance, plus:
- Clean and inspect the pistons, Axes de piston, chemises de cylindre, Piston, et roulements de bielle pour l’usure.
- Check for looseness in the main bearing inner and outer rings.
- Remove scale and sediment from the cooling system.
- Clean carbon deposits from the combustion chamber and intake/exhaust ports.
- Inspect the condition of valves, Sièges de soupape, Tiges de poussée, et culbuteurs, adjusting or regrinding as needed.
- Clean the turbocharger rotor, inspect bearings and impellers, and replace if necessary.
- Check generator-to-engine coupling bolts for looseness or thread damage; replace if required.
Niveau 3 Entretien (Chaque 500-1000 hours)
Includes daily, Niveau 1, et niveau 2 maintenance, plus:
- Inspect and adjust fuel injection timing.
- Clean the fuel tank thoroughly.
- Drain and clean the oil sump.
- Inspect fuel injector spray patterns and atomization quality.
