XN-GEN Generator Maintenance & Servicing Guide
XN-GEN offers long-term maintenance service agreements, providing customers with professional, hochwertig, and hassle-free support. Below is a general maintenance framework, but actual procedures should be adapted based on the specific generator model and its operating conditions.
Daily Maintenance
- Inspect and tighten all rotating component connection bolts if necessary.
- Check the engine oil level in the oil sump and top up if required.
- Monitor the fuel level in the tank.
- Verify the coolant level in the radiator.
- Inspect fuel and water pipelines for leaks or loose connections.
- Ensure proper sealing of the intake and exhaust manifolds with the cylinder gasket.
- Clean surface oil stains and dust, keeping the generator room neat and tidy.
Wartungsplan für Standby-Generatoren
(For locations such as residential complexes, office buildings, Krankenhäuser, Staatliche Einrichtungen, scenic spots, and factories where power outages are rare, and the generator is primarily used for emergencies like fire safety and scheduled maintenance.)
Professionelle Wartung (Jeder 6-12 months)
- Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the generator’s water, elektrisch, fuel, and air systems to ensure normal operation.
- Führen Sie einen Testlauf ohne Auslastung durch für 5-10 minutes to lubricate internal components and assess performance through observation, sound, and smell.
- Replace consumables, including air filters, fuel filters, Motoröl, oil filters, water filters, und Kraftstoff-Wasser-Abscheider.
- Change the coolant and replenish radiator additives.
- Refill battery electrolyte or distilled water as needed.
- Conduct a final inspection after maintenance and clean the unit.
- Conduct another 5-10 Minutenlanger Leerlauftest, record key performance parameters, and provide optimization recommendations for customer review and acceptance.
Maintenance Plan for Continuous-Use Generators
(For environments such as construction sites, factories with frequent power outages, facilities with insufficient transformer capacity, Projekt-Teststandorte, and remote areas without grid power, where generators operate frequently or continuously.)
Niveau 1 Instandhaltung (Jeder 50-80 hours)
Includes daily maintenance, plus:
- Clean the air filter; replace it if necessary.
- Replace the fuel filter, Luftfilter, und Wasserfilter.
- Inspect the tension of the drive belts.
- Lubricate all grease fittings and moving parts.
- Replace coolant if needed.
Niveau 2 Instandhaltung (Jeder 250-300 hours)
Includes daily and Level 1 maintenance, plus:
- Clean and inspect the pistons, Kolbenbolzen, Zylinderlaufbuchsen, Kolbenringe, und Pleuellager für Verschleiß.
- Check for looseness in the main bearing inner and outer rings.
- Remove scale and sediment from the cooling system.
- Clean carbon deposits from the combustion chamber and intake/exhaust ports.
- Inspect the condition of valves, Ventilsitze, Schubstangen, und Kipphebel, adjusting or regrinding as needed.
- Clean the turbocharger rotor, inspect bearings and impellers, and replace if necessary.
- Check generator-to-engine coupling bolts for looseness or thread damage; replace if required.
Niveau 3 Instandhaltung (Jeder 500-1000 hours)
Includes daily, Niveau 1, und Ebene 2 maintenance, plus:
- Inspect and adjust fuel injection timing.
- Clean the fuel tank thoroughly.
- Drain and clean the oil sump.
- Inspect fuel injector spray patterns and atomization quality.
